HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Room rates are $116-126 +Tax/ night (depending on room type). In order to receive this special rate, reservations must be made by September 6, 2024. Once this date has passed, or the room block has been filled, you will need to find alternate lodging. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel by calling 425-217-2772. Please request the "WFAS Conference" room block.
The WFC is obligated to pay certain costs to the conference facility; for this event, we have a 50% cancelation policy up until online registration closes for this conference, on 9/27/24. No refunds will be issued after the event registration has closed. However, we are always happy to substitute a registration should someone else from your agency wish to attend.
