This event provides an opportunity for you to meet with many of the fire professionals in Washington who use, recommend and purchase your products and services. Wenatchee will be beautiful in May, and the line-up of speakers has got our members’ attention.  Why would anyone want to travel far when the best education and networking is available right here in Washington!

We encourage you to register early to take advantage of this opportunity to network with the Washington Fire Chiefs.  We have limited space available and can include indoor space for fire and EMS apparatus.  

 We have optimized the time and opportunities you have to network and speak with attendees.  Vendors are invited to start the networking with a sit-down lunch at noon.  We will start the Expo at 3pm, having a swift transition from classroom to Expo to avoid attendees wandering off.  The Expo floor will close at 6pm, giving vendors the opportunity to socialize more informally with attendees, and further developed those connections made on the Expo Hall.  

Apparatus Set Up: Monday, May 22nd, 5pm-8pm 
Sit Down Vendor Lunch: Tuesday, May 23rd, 12pm-1pm
Exibitor set up: Tuesday, May 23rd 1pm - 3pm
Expo: Tuesday, May 23rd 3pm-6pm
Tear Down:Tuesday, May 23rd 6pm - 9pm

Our facility for 2023 gives us the unique opportunity to offer apparatus space in the orchard exhibit hall and booth space throughout the lower floor of the convention center.  We will have strategically placed food stations and bars to encourage attendees to wander around the facility and visit all the vendors.  Space is limited, so plan to register early!

All vendors are invited to bring a donation to be raffled off during the vendor show.  We will send out more details as we get closer to the event.

Each booth space is 10' wide and 8' deep.  Each space includes an 8ft table and chair with linens and skirting.  Electricity will be provided.  There will be no pipes and drapes this year due to the majority of booth spaces backing on walls.

Train the Trainer
Become an airway subject matter expert.

Co-locating with the Washington Fire Chiefs Conference.  Enjoy the Tuesday evening Vendor Expo as part of the educational offering. 

Must be a current WA DOH EMS Evaluator and have County MPD approval to attend

This course is designed for experienced providers who intend to teach difficult airway. The course includes a total of 20 hours: 4 hours of online pre-course material followed by 16 hours of in person didactic, skills and practice teaching. After taking this course you will have the training and resources to teach the 3 part PEAC series including the initial adult course, pediatric and special populations refresher courses.

This curriculum is approved by the WA State medical program directors and endorsed by the Washington Fire Chiefs.

SKILLS AND SCENARIOS: teaching points and equipment lists to teach each station that reinforce lecture content.
TESTING TOOLS: Course completion exams with answer keys and course completion certificates to issue students.
INSTRUCTOR MANUAL: Complete guide to teach all 3 PEAC courses.
ONLINE REFERENCES AND SUPPORT: lecture recordings, skills videos, and ongoing support to
answer teaching and content questions.
