This event provides an opportunity for you to meet with many of the fire professionals in Washington who use, recommend, and purchase your products and services. Kennewick will be beautiful in May, and the line-up of speakers has got our members’ attention. Why would anyone want to travel far when the best education and networking is available right here in Washington?
We encourage you to register early to take advantage of this opportunity to network with the Washington Fire Chiefs. We have limited space available and can include indoor space for fire and EMS apparatus.
We have optimized the time and opportunities you have to network and speak with attendees. Vendors are encouraged to start the day networking with a sit-down lunch at noon. We will start the Expo at 3pm, having a swift transition from classroom to Expo to avoid attendees wandering off. The Expo floor will close at 6pm, giving vendors the opportunity to socialize more informally with attendees, and further develop those connections made in the Expo Hall.
Apparatus Set Up: Monday, May 19th, 5pm-8pm
Sit Down Vendor Lunch: Tuesday, May 20th, 12pm-1pm
Exhibitor set-up: Tuesday, May 20th 1pm - 3pm
Expo: Tuesday, May 20th 3pm-6pm
Tear Down: Tuesday, May 20th 6pm - 9pm
Please note apparatus vendors must be set up on Monday, May 19th. If you do not arrive in time to move in Monday Evening you will be given the option to display outside.
Our facility for 2025 gives us the unique opportunity to offer a spacious expo hall as well as space in the lobby depending on the number of vendors who choose to join us. We will have strategically placed food stations and bars to encourage attendees to wander around the facility and visit all the vendors. Space is limited, so plan to register early!
All vendors are invited to bring a donation to be raffled off during the vendor show. We will send out more details as we get closer to the event.
Booths are 8’x10’ with low sides and high back pipe and drape. Includes 8’ skirted table, electricity, 2 chairs and garbage can.

Due to the costs incurred to provide food, facility and booth space, we offer a 50% refund up until the event registration closes. No refunds after the close of the registration.
