The Introduction to Facilities Management course was developed for leaders who are new to the responsibility of managing fire facilities. 

This is a one-day training that will provide practical tools and action items to help new leaders begin the journey of shifting facilities operation management from reactive to proactive. Fire management and leadership attending this class will leave feeling empowered with knowledge and tools that will help them establish baseline metrics and quantified data that is the foundation necessary for forward-thinking budgeting and planning work.

The WFC is obligated to pay certain costs to the conference facility; for this event, we have a 50% cancellation policy up until the event registration closes. No refunds are offered after the registration has closed.  However, we are always happy to substitute a registration should someone else from your agency wish to attend.
