We are excited to announce that registration is open for Code 4 Northwest’s Wellness Conference: Strength in Service, Power in Wellness. The flyer is attached for reference.

The conference will start on November 4, 2026, with a pre-conference half day training on WATCH: Suicide Preventing & Intervention for First Responder Peer Support, Facilitators: Stephanie Butler, LICSW Frontline Counseling and Consulting and Chief Andy McCurdy, Sumner Police Department.

The main conference is November 5-6, in Everett, WA.  Dr. Stacy Cecchet is the keynote speaker on the 5th and Jon Macaskill, retired Navy Seal Commander, is the closing keynote speaker on the 6th. There will be several breakout opportunities. Food and beverages will be provided for those who attend.

The conference is open to all active and retired first responders in the State, no matter your badge, patch, or uniform, your wellness matters.
