By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with practical tools and strategies for day-to-day operations in
public safety, to safeguard their mental, emotional and physical health for a more sustainable and fulfilling career. Each
participant is provided a Duty Driven Deterioration™ Rubric and Booklet as an ongoing reference tool to enhance
self-awareness.

Chris Zamora is the creator of Duty Driven Deterioration™ and a retired Detective with 23 years of service to the Gilbert
(AZ) Police Department. His assignments included Patrol, D.A.R.E., Undercover Narcotics (deep cover, street-level and
U.S./Mexico border cartel operations), Internal Affairs, Robbery and Homicide, along with service on CIT, CISM and as a
Crisis and Hostage Negotiator on the SWAT Team. An instructor for more than 20 years, he created and instructed courses
in Small Team Tactics, CQB/CQC and Covert Operations. Chris is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Transformational
Life Coach and Yoga Instructor. He created this training with the first responder mindset — because he lived every phase
of it before he named it
