Kim Holts, Terry Engelson Scholarship
In honor of all that have fallen before us, the WFC Fire Mechanics Section presents the Kim Holts, Terry Engelson Scholarship award.
Each year the WFC Fire Mechanics Section awards two scholarships and often is able to award a Vendor Sponsored scholarship.
Scholarship will include registration, room & board for the recipient to attend the Fire Mechanics Conference September 11-15, 2023 at the Wenatchee Convention Center.
All scholarship applications must be received by August 15, 2023 to be considered.

These two annual scholarships in memory of those that have fallen before us are intended for fire service personnel of both public and/or private organizations who normally could not attend due to budgetary constraints. This includes personnel pursuing either mechanical or suppression-related careers in the Emergency Services field. All scholarship applications will be reviewed and awarded on a year-to-year basis by the Fire Mechanics Section Board based on submitted applications. Awarded Scholarships are for tuition, room & board. Applications will be awarded prior to the Fire Mechanics annual conference each year.
