Bio: Mike Harris is the Fire Chief at Franklin County Fire District #3 in Pasco.  He grew up in Benton County and started his career in 1985 with Benton County Fire District #1.  Mike assumed the role as Fire Chief at Fire District 3 role in 2013.  He attended Columbia Basin College in Pasco with a degree in Business and completed his Chief Fire Officer (CFO) accreditation through CPSE.  He currently is the co-chair for the State Emergency Response Commission and represents WFC on the Emergency Management Council. 
Mike resides in Pasco with his wife.  They have two children and four grandchildren.
